Madison Transfer, the freight hauling division for DuBrook Inc. is looking for qualified Class A and B CDL Truck Drivers that are hardworking, dedicated and professional to join our team as concrete mixer drivers at our Butler Plant. As an employee you will receive wages and benefits that are amongst the highest and best in our industry, with wages starting at $28.00/hr. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28.00- $31.00 per hour

Duties for Mixer Driver:

Maneuver truck into loading position for filling (hopper at plant) and unloading positions at customer job sites.
Operate mixer to produce concrete from sand, gravel, cement, and water. Adjust mixture (slump) as requested by customers at job sites.
Assemble chutes and operate levers to release concrete
Clean truck after loading and after each delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck surfaces.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or coolant and performing minor repairs.
Fill out delivery paperwork, collect payment from customers when required and keep records of daily activities.
Monitor truck and company equipment to ensure proper operation and professional appearance.
Spray truck surfaces with protective compounds to resist concrete adhesion and for specialized cleaning.
Operate equipment, such as truck mixer controls and global positioning systems (GPS) equipment to exchange necessary information with dispatch and Plant Manager.
Follow all applicable state and federal regulations.

Our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment is essential to our operations, and we’re looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team and keep our equipment running smoothly.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of diesel trucks, small engine equipment and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engines and small engine repair, and preferably a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and PA State Inspection License. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire replacements.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on small engine equipment such as saws.
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance and communicate with stakeholders regarding the repairs completed.
Assist with road calls and breakdowns as needed.
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working order.
Follow company safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and PA State Inspection License – Strongly Preferred. Company will provide training to obtain after probationary period with 1 year employment agreement.
3+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably in a construction or concrete industry setting
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Small engine and equipment repair knowledge
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25- $30.75 per hour depending on skills and qualifications
